Director of Vineyard Accounting, MTC Holding
Wendy Hladky brings more than 25 years of progressive finance and accounting experience spanning corporate finance, accounting and the wine industry. As Director of Vineyard Accounting for MTC Holding, she provides financial leadership and operational support to multiple wineries across the Midwest and West Coast. Her expertise includes budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, payroll and implementing efficient financial processes that support business growth.
A member of FEI Kansas City for nearly a decade, Wendy was initially drawn to the organization by the opportunity to network with fellow finance professionals while expanding her business and accounting knowledge. Throughout her years of service on the Board, she has enjoyed helping shape educational programming and networking opportunities that create lasting value for members. As Past President and chair of the Nominations Committee, Wendy remains committed to developing future leaders and ensuring the continued success of the chapter.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys traveling, scrapbooking and spending time with her husband, Nathan, their children, Isaac and Aquila, and their dog, Molly. She is also active in her community as a Girl Scout leader and elementary school volunteer.
