Becky Rimmer serves as Co-Chair of Diversity for the FEI Kansas City chapter. Becky joined FEI in 2004 and previously served on the Board as the Strategic Partner Liaison and Membership committees.

Becky is a senior executive experienced in financial, strategic, operational, and business leadership contributing to organization growth and turnaround. As a finance and operational leader, she brings rigor to areas of strategic growth and investment as well as a balanced focus on cost management and operations efficiencies, thereby ensuring the success of the organization. She has significant experience in managing multi-location, multi-phase projects resulting in strong bottom-line results.

Currently Becky is the Chief Administrative Officer for George K. Baum Holdings, a private equity firm. Previously she was the CFO for Gould Evans, COO/CFO with Enterprise Business Solutions, LLC, and Associate Partner with Accenture.

Becky earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Accounting from Kansas State University. She has her CPA in both Kansas and Missouri. She was a CFO of the Year Honoree. She volunteers with the Afghan Resettlement ministry with her church and serves on the Endowment Committee.

Becky and her husband Steve live in Cedar Creek with Finn, the lovable lab mix. Their son Taylor and his wife live in Longmont, CO. They have twin daughters, Olivia & Maddie who will be graduating from KU and KSU in May 2024. They enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
