Chief Financial Officer, Lawrence Paper Company
Matt Vogel serves as President of FEI Kansas City and brings more than two decades of finance and accounting leadership in the manufacturing industry. As Chief Financial Officer of Lawrence Paper Company, he oversees the company’s financial operations and strategic direction, drawing on experience gained in both family-owned businesses and publicly traded organizations.
A graduate of Kansas State University with degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems and an MBA from Pittsburgh State University, Matt earned his CPA while building his career in manufacturing. He believes that working in different business environments has broadened his perspective and strengthened his leadership approach.
Matt joined FEI Kansas City in 2019 to expand his professional network and collaborate with fellow financial leaders. He values the chapter’s diverse membership and Strategic Partners, recognizing the unique opportunities they provide for learning, collaboration and lasting professional relationships. As President, he is committed to fostering an engaged, welcoming chapter that delivers meaningful value to members throughout the year.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys traveling with his wife, Michelle, staying active through fitness and hiking, and cheering on Kansas City’s professional sports teams and Kansas State athletics.
