Amy serves as Chapter Administrator for FEI Kansas City, partnering with the Board of Directors to oversee the chapter’s operations and deliver an exceptional experience for members, Strategic Partners and guests. She enjoys improving processes and creating systems that allow volunteers and chapter leaders to focus on what matters most—building meaningful connections within the finance community.
Before joining FEI Kansas City, Amy spent 10 years building a career in Human Resources, supporting organizations in a variety of industries before choosing to focus on raising her family. She holds an MBA and has since dedicated her time to volunteer leadership, serving on three nonprofit boards while helping organizations strengthen communications, engage volunteers and create memorable experiences for the people they serve.
Outside of FEI KC, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters and their husky. Whether planning events, coordinating volunteers or welcoming new members, she finds fulfillment in bringing people together and helping organizations thrive.
Her husband jokingly calls her the “eternal room mother”—a title Amy proudly embraces as she brings people together and helps every organization she serves feel a little more like a community.
