Linda Sinnett is returning to the Board as VP of Membership. She has been an FEI member for seven years serving in multiple Board roles including President for the 2018/2019-chapter year.
Linda originally joined FEI because, “I was encouraged to attend as a guest and decided to join to better connect with the local business community and fellow finance professionals. I have enjoyed meeting so many of the fellow members and our sponsor representatives. I believe that FEI has enriched my professional life and significantly expanded my professional
network.”
Linda is the CFO of Design Resources, Inc. She graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with double major in Accounting and Personnel Management as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master’s in Business Administration. Linda enjoys the field of accounting and chose is as a career after realizing in high school that is comes naturally to her.
The Kansas City Chiefs is her favorite sports team. Linda enjoys spending time with the grandkids playing games, boating, gardening, and hiking. Linda also belongs to a fine dining club in the metro area. Her volunteer activities include the FEI Board and scouting activities with the grandsons. Linda has two daughters that live in the area as well as 4 grandsons. Linda said, “It seems I am always at a soccer game, football game, basketball game or music lessons. I enjoy the monthly meetings with FEI to give me some quality adult time. My life speedometer is set at 100MPH all the time.”
