Yes, pond scum. Who would think there is so much to learn and apply from pond scum? Dr. Alejandro Sanchez Alvarado from the Stowers Institute for Medical Research explained how much significant knowledge results from the study of pond scum as part of his presentation at FEI KC’s Academic Awards Night.
