Director of Finance & Accounting, Nazdar
Donna Cahill serves as Director of Finance & Accounting at Nazdar, where she is known for her focus on operational excellence, process improvement and building high-performing financial organizations. Her career spans public accounting, privately held companies and publicly traded organizations, with extensive experience supporting the manufacturing industry.
Introduced to FEI Kansas City through a Manufacturing Insight Forum hosted by Nazdar, Donna quickly recognized the value of connecting with peers who share ideas, experiences and practical solutions to today’s business challenges. Since becoming a member in 2024, she has volunteered with chapter events and now serves as Vice President of Programs, helping develop educational and networking opportunities that deliver value to members throughout the year.
Outside of work, Donna enjoys spending time with her husband, son and three dogs, attending sporting events, concerts and camping adventures. She is certified in Adult Mental Health First Aid and is passionate about supporting others. According to her husband and son, however, her favorite hobby is simply “excelling”—a playful nod to her well-earned reputation as an Excel enthusiast.
